CAT 2013 Important Dates

The Indian Institutes of Management will likely be conducting Common Admission Test 2013 (CAT 2013) during twenty-day testing window between October 16, 2013 and November 11, 2013. The Common Admission Test 2013 will be held under the control of IIMs as a pre-requisite for admission to a number of management programmes of IIMs.

CAT Eligibility

1. Candidates must  possess Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 50% or a corresponding CGPA (45%  for SC, ST and PWD)
2. If the candidate has received a grade / CGPA in place of marks, then it will be converted into marks according to the procedure certified by the University/ institution from where the candidate has obtained the Bachelor’s degree.

CSIR – UGC NET 2013 Exam Date, Scheme

CSIR conducts UGC NET Exam for Science stream in these areas- Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Earth Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering Sciences and Physical Sciences.

CSIR – UGC NET Exam Scheme 2013 

Maximum marks carried by MCQ papers in each subject – 200 marks.

Duration of examination – 3 hours

Question paper will be divided into three parts

UPSC Prelims results 2013 to be declared in 1st week of August

The Union Public Service Commission has made an announcement to declare the UPSC Prelims examination results 2013 in the first week of August.

Candidates waiting eagerly for the results are notified that the UPSC Prelims results 2013 will be declared soon. Earlier due to some issues the Union Public Service Commission results were not declared on the said date on 27th July as mentioned by the board.  Though the exact date has not yet been announced, the board is sure to declare the results of the UPSC Prelims results 2013 this week.
